Week 5: July 7 to 11 (M-F) - Germany
Week 6: July 14 to 18 (M-F) - Greece
Week 7: July 21 to 25 (M-F) - Japan
Week 8: July 28 to August 1 (M-F) - Australia
Week 9: August 4 to 8 (M-F) - Brazil
Week 10: August 11 to 15 (M-F) - Egypt
Week 11: August 18 to 22 (M-F) - Spain
