Tim Lee

Tim Lee

Tim Lee is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in sports operations, logistics, coaching and team management. A former Team Manager for RFCLA and an 8-year veteran with the Los Angeles Rams, Tim has a proven track record of optimizing team performance both on and off the field. His expertise spans logistics planning, equipment management, player welfare, and event coordination, making him a dynamic leader in the sports industry. He spearheaded innovative solutions like implementing technology to reduce sports-related injuries and utilizing sports software to save team budgets. His efforts have consistently delivered measurable results, such as cutting travel costs by 15% and managing multimillion-dollar budgets effectively.

As a Rams’ Manager, Tim played an integral role in ensuring seamless daily operations for practices, from coordinating schedules to managing drills that optimized player performance. He even stepped onto the field to assist with drills, embodying the hands-on approach that has defined his career. Tim supported one of the NFL’s most elite rosters, working closely with the defensive line, led by future Hall of Famer Aaron Donald, and collaborating with top-tier special teams players. Whether running reps with the defensive line or preparing equipment and facilities, Tim exemplified the Rams’ ethos: we not me.

Tim’s tenure with the Rams was shaped by the mantra of the defensive line: Live like a D.A.W.G. — Determination, Attitude, Work Ethic, and Grit. This mindset drove him to consistently deliver excellence, whether in logistical planning, managing high-pressure game days, or collaborating with players and coaches to achieve team goals.

Tim was an integral part of the Los Angeles Rams during two Super Bowl runs, including their unforgettable victory in Super Bowl LVI (56) against the Cincinnati Bengals. His contributions behind the scenes helped ensure the team’s success on football’s biggest stage.

In addition to his NFL experience, Tim worked closely with international Olympic champions and rugby superstars during his time with RFCLA. This diverse exposure to elite athletes across multiple sports has shaped him into a dynamic professional, capable of adapting to and excelling in high-performance environments.

When he’s not managing complex logistics or mentoring teams, Tim enjoys fostering community engagement, supporting youth development, and spending time with his family.
